Besides the forms with the summons to collect the stamp peronajjy, there were similar forms with which the stamp was sent directly to recipients outside Prague. It was bilingual (German and Czech), with the following text: "Enelosed, we are sending you for the aforementioned person 1 admission stamp for one parcel to Terezin. Glue this stamp to the parcel. Parcels to Terezin without this stamp affixed, will not be forwarded by themail. Please sign the receipt and return it immediatly. The Jewish Council of Elders in Prague Issuing office for admission stamps. 2 enelosures". The stamp was sent lightly affixed to the form. In the space for applicant, the text "Von" and "od" are in one line: "Von -0 od". The printed address "Altestenrat der Juden in Prag. "And "Zidovska rada starsich v Praze" in lines below each other was placed below the text in the centre.
