ITALY: ENVELOPE-LETTER-POSTAL series "LOMBARDIA" n.4, color of the card: blue gray, shipped from Merano to Rome on 16.10.1924, in tariff, franked with a 10c stamp, on 1c, brown, 1923, and with a 40c stamp, brono type "Michetti" of 1908, with blue overprint of the II lithographic type: "BLP", complete with return postage, originaled like the postage which is perfect, overprints, and postage stamps
Given my opinion issued for the above examined, described, and photographically reproduced here, I affixed my signature "Caffaz" to the front of the letter.
