1914 China Shanghai Early Wartime Mail 1914, Delivered by the Shanghai Local Post. Postcard franked insufficiently with  ½c.  (Ship, Mi. 148I; SG 268; Sc. 248) and added with a pair of the 1913  ½ Postage due stamps (one of which, damaged) (Mi:P42I, ; Yt:CN-IM T41, SG. D333, Chi:CN-IM PD55). Stamps tied by different Shanghai cds  and  postmarked alongside with 'LOCAL POST SHANGHAI / MAR 28 14 / A'.
